These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dkolla mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, "Service") operated by Dkolla ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- You must have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
- The Service may not be available in all countries. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws.
- By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.
2. Account Registration
- Registration requires a valid blockchain wallet address (MetaMask, Trust Wallet, or equivalent).
- Wallet addresses are permanent — you cannot change your wallet address after registration.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your wallet address. Coins sent to incorrect addresses cannot be recovered.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.
3. Acceptable Use
3.1 Permitted Uses
- Mining DK coins through the official app interface
- Earning rewards through legitimate referrals, daily claims, and ad watching
- Requesting withdrawals when eligible requirements are met
3.2 Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
- Create more than 2 accounts per device — violations result in permanent ban
- Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Service
- Manipulate, hack, or interfere with the mining system
- Use VPNs or proxy servers to circumvent geographic restrictions fraudulently
- Engage in any form of wash trading, fake referrals, or referral farming
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the application
- Share, sell, or transfer your account to another person
- Use the Service for money laundering or financing illegal activities
- Impersonate Dkolla staff or other users
- Conduct denial-of-service attacks on our infrastructure
4. DK Coins and Rewards
- DK coins are digital utility tokens — not currency, securities, or investment products.
- Mining rewards, spin prizes, daily claims, and ad rewards are granted at our discretion and may be modified.
- We reserve the right to adjust mining rates, reward amounts, and distribution rules at any time.
- Coins earned through fraudulent means will be forfeited and the account banned.
- DK coins have no guaranteed monetary value until listed on exchanges.
5. Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal threshold: 20,000 DK coins
- Withdrawals are subject to manual review within 24–72 hours
- We reserve the right to delay, hold, or deny withdrawal requests suspected of fraud
- You are responsible for providing the correct withdrawal wallet address
- Blockchain gas fees are deducted from the withdrawal amount
- Once a withdrawal transaction is submitted to the blockchain, it cannot be reversed
- Withdrawal processing times may vary due to blockchain network congestion
6. Intellectual Property
- The Service, including app design, code, content, logos, and DK Coin branding, is owned by Dkolla.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal purposes.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:
- Warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free service
- Guarantee that DK coins will maintain any specific monetary value
- Guarantee of listing on any cryptocurrency exchange
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DKOLLA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of DK coins due to blockchain errors, hacks, or force majeure
- Losses from incorrect wallet addresses provided by users
- Losses from exchange rate fluctuations once DK is listed
- Service interruptions due to maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues
9. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Multiple account creation (beyond 2 per device)
- Fraudulent activity or bot usage
- Abusive behavior toward other users or staff
- Suspicious withdrawal patterns
Upon termination, any pending rewards may be forfeited. We are not obligated to provide reasons for termination.
10. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service
- Change mining rates, reward structures, and withdrawal requirements
- Update these Terms at any time
Material changes will be notified via in-app Global Alert. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable international laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration before seeking court remedies, except where prohibited by local law.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
